Têvl-shêqine Bî (/ˈθɪdɪ/ /ʃɘˈqine/ [consistent; compatible] [trunk (large box)]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Têvl-shêqine Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Têvl-shêqine Bî was founded by Glëm Trthêyepî, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Têvl-shêqine Bî has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Têvl-shêqine Bî receives an average of 247 cm/y (97 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Têvl-shêqine Bî covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1804 m (5918 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Têvl-shêqine Bî was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1217, by Glëm Trthêyepî. The establishment of Têvl-shêqine Bî suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Têvl-shêqine Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Têvl-shêqine Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Têvl-shêqine Bî is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Têvl-shêqine Bî is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.
Civic Infrastructure
Têvl-shêqine Bî has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Têvl-shêqine Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Têvl-shêqine Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Têvl-shêqine Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Têvl-shêqine Bî's natural decorations nor waterways.
Têvl-shêqine Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Têvl-shêqine Bî has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Têvl-shêqine Bî's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
